Phillip Ross Jr. has deep roots in the Portland basketball community. He was an elite player throughout his youth, and began coaching in 2012. Today Coach Phil embodies the essence of the game.

As Director of Development for Portland Reign, he oversees skills and development for all teams. Phil was a founding partner of the club and helped to shape the program's overall philosophy.

His commitment to the game is further underscored in his role as Coach at Evergreen High School. Phil’s love for the game comes through in every practice, every game, and every huddle as he passes on his knowledge to each player he coaches.
